Kirsty Bolderson
Started the business in 2005 with Paul. Kirsty is responsible for sales and purchase ledger accounts, recruitment, staff wages and HR.

Junior Project Manager
Stephen Sharp
Steve has worked at Platinum since 2019.
He began as a HIAB Operative and worked his way up to a Jointer and now is the Project Manger. He has a vast amount of knowledge in all aspects of street lighting and ensures all jobs run smoothly, on time and within budget

Project Assistant
Sally Martin
Started at Platinum in 2012. Sally is the initial point of contact for all new job enquiries. Responsible for liaising with Clients and Suppliers, ordering materials and generally assisting the Project Manager with the running of the projects from start to finish.

Office & Vehicle Administrator
Vicky Jackson
Started at Platinum in 2019. Vicky is responsible for Staff Training, organising all plant and vehicle maintenance and general admin.

Beth Nicholson
Beth started at Platinum in 2024. She is responsible for booking road space and coordinating ICP jointing works.

Georgina Key
Georgina joined the team in 2024. She works part time helping the Office Manager with general administration.

Onsite Operatives
Our operatives have a vast amount of knowledge, experience and training and are registered to the HEA Scheme.
Our Jointers and Jointers Mates are accredited to the NERS Standard.
The ground workers hold relevant qualifications in order for them to carry out the work they undertake such as Street Works.
The Electricians are fully qualified and time served in this industry.
Many of our operatives are multi-skilled and trained in various roles.
This gives us the ability to complete a job from start to finish and also gives our customers peace of mind and confidence that all operatives are trained, competent and authorised.
